If you didn’t know today is earth day so please throw away trash responsibly and do not litter.   Earth day was first celebrated in April 22 1970.  Take time today to go outside and enjoy clean air, fresh water, and many other things.  Earth Day is a special day because it recognized that the earth was getting majorly polluted.   Without earth day there would be no more eagles because before earth day they were going extinct.  when earth day came around a organization called the Environmental Protection Agency.  this along with the endangered species act helped the eagle and many other species survive from extinction.  So please be careful about where your trash goes and please do not pollute, we want earth and its natural resources to goe as long as possible.

Child labor is a terrible thing I think that kids at a young age should learn.  At a young age your brain learns thinks faster at a young age. Its just like if you gave me and my dad flashcards I would be the first one to learn   and memorize them because I am younger. child labor is a bad thing because if you tried to learn these things at a old age it would be much harder to accomplish.  Kids are all lucky that they can go to school not worried if they’re going to loose a finger but know that they are in a safe environment where they can learn new things every day.

I would want to be a supreme court justice because I like hearing both arguments and deciding whose right. I like that if a suprem court justice decides who is right that by law, no other court can change the decision.  The Supreme Court Justices are appointed by the President.  The Supreme Court Justices have the power to check the Presidents actions and the Congress actions.  The supreme court isn’t unlimited it is very much limited by the other two Branches.  The Constitution is like a referee on a football field the congress president and state police are the players. Some have the power to pass laws and some can limit laws but they’re all limited by the constitution/referee.

Judges are the main part of this branch

United sates uses the Judical branch as part of they’re government

During the year of 1787 the Judical branch was made

In the judicial branch the main argument in a court is if somthing or                          one is breaking the constitution

Courts are what makes up this branch

In the judicial branch  justices can be appointed by the senate

A court called the supreme court only accepts 80 to 100 out of 1500

Laws are approved by the judicial branch to see if it is loyal to the constitution

Branch that is made of courts

Remember that a justice can be removed by the senate or president

A big court is the supreme court it is the highest of all courts in the USA

Never are justices voted for they are appointed by the president

Courts arguments are whether they are breaking the constitution
